Help Metal in Motion get to WORLDS!

Metal in Motion is a high-school robotics team located in the South Carolina upstate. We are a member of the FIRST Robotics Competition and have been in operation for 25 years. Our mission is to work with high school students in the tri-county area to foster interest in science, technology, engineering, and math. We strive to teach students a love for robotics as well as practical skills that they will be able to use in their lives and workplaces.

We have worked hard this year to build a competitive robot and were honored to be ranked first in South Carolina! Last weekend we competed in Georgia and ranked high enough to advance to World championships in Houston Texas. Competitions will April 17-20, 2024. So we only have a week and a half to get ready!

This is an incredible achievement for our small town team, but travel to Texas is expensive. Total expenses for the team to attend this event are roughly $14,000. Please consider donating to our team so that we can advance as far as we can this year and ensure all team members who want to attend the competition are able to go.
